I didn’t expect this.

A short comment I made on LinkedIn about soil drew in more than 60,000 views.

Why? Because the message was simple: 

A lot happens beneath the surface that we don’t see.

Here’s the science behind it:

Soil with life, full of fungi, worms, and microorganisms, recycles, regenerates, and builds resilience.

With it, growth becomes inevitable.

Here’s the business lesson.

We often ignore the unseen systems inside our organisations:

Nurture them, and growth becomes inevitable.
