Here’s how you, as a senior leader, can start today:

1. Connect to your key problems: Look at your top 5 business problems and view them through a resource flow perspective. How can changes in resource use and flow help solve the problems?

2. Look at your processes: Where can you reduce waste or energy consumption? Even small changes can make a huge difference over time - financially and impact-wise.

3. Inspire your team: Share your sustainability vision with your employees. When your team is inspired by a common purpose, they become your biggest asset in driving change.
