Most brands talk about sustainability.
This one fights for it⊠literally.
In London, when fire hoses are too damaged to save, theyâve traditionally ended up in landfill.
But one company, Elvis & Kresse, saw something different:
- Materials that were tough and beautiful.
- Stories worth preserving.
- A chance to design for impact.
So they got to work.
Today, their team transforms decommissioned fire hoses (and 14 other reclaimed materials) into high-end bags and homeware.
And they didnât stop there.
50% of profits from the fire-hose range go straight to the Fire Fighters Charity.

Hereâs the lesson.
When you put purpose at the centre, profit doesnât need to come at the planetâs expense.
Because waste isnât just a problem.
Itâs a starting point.
The leaders who treat it as raw material unlock innovation others miss.
Thatâs also what we help companies do inside Impact Circle.
- Reframe problems.
- Turn waste into opportunity.
- And build roadmaps where impact fuels profit.
