šŸƒ Sustainability goals are everywhere, but real impact is still rare.

Here’s what our recent webinar revealed.

Did you know?

The appetite for real change in sustainability is growing fast and we saw it firsthand during our recent webinar: From Sustainability Goals to Real Impact.

169 people signed up and 60+ people from around the world joined us live. Their interest sent out a clear message: sustainability professionals are ready for something different.

They’re not looking for another framework to file away or a polished presentation that fades by Monday. They want action. Traction. Influence. Results. That’s exactly what Julia Vol and I delivered.

We shared honest, real world strategies for leaders who care deeply about sustainability, but are tired of watching projects stall, strategies drift, and decision makers nod without backing real change.

In that room, we unpacked the root issues that hold teams back:

→ The uphill battle to gain internal support.
→ The slow death of momentum after launch.
→ The lack of connection between sustainability and day to day business priorities.

And for the first time, we introduced Impact2025, a programme designed specifically for experienced sustainability professionals who are ready to step into more influential roles, lead with purpose, and drive change their organisations can actually feel.

The big idea:

Having the right goals is important, but it’s not enough.

If sustainability is going to deliver meaningful value, it needs to be deeply embedded in the way the business thinks, moves, and makes decisions.

Impact2025 was created to help professionals lead that shift. It’s a space for leaders who already know what’s possible and are ready to make it visible inside their companies.

The programme focuses on practical tools, stakeholder alignment, and real influence because we’ve seen what happens when that’s missing, and we know what’s possible when it clicks into place.

If you missed the session, I’d still love for you to see it.

And if you’re interested in the programme, click here to express your interest and I’ll send more details your way before we open it up fully.

Make sustainability a real business advantage

If you’re responsible for sustainability inside your business and want to drive progress faster, this is your moment.

I’m opening a few slots to speak with leaders who are ready to move from intention to execution, leaders who want to make meaningful change and see measurable results within the next 6 to 18 months.

Just hit reply and tell me:

šŸ‘‰What’s the one outcome you’d love to achieve?

I'll read every response and personally follow up if I can help.

Tip of the week:

Most sustainability professionals know what they want to change. The gap is in execution.

These 5 steps can help you move forward:

1. Identify exactly where progress breaks down:

Is it approvals? Resources? Conflicting priorities? Get specific so you can act.

2. Connect your work to business value:

Frame your initiative in terms of growth, cost, risk, or resilience, whichever lens your stakeholders use.

3. Pilot something visible and fast moving:

Don’t wait for a full rollout. Prove value early and share the result.

4. Recruit two internal allies this week:

Think beyond your own department. Find people in ops, finance, or product who can champion the work with you.

5. Track outcomes that leadership already measures:

Time saved. Revenue protected. New opportunities created. Speak their language, and the doors stay open.

Real progress is a combination of strategy, influence, and timing and it’s absolutely within reach.

If you're ready to turn your vision into real, lasting change, I’d love to hear from you. Send me a DM on LinkedIn or reply to this email.
