🍃 Signing off for 2025

As we wrap up 2025 in my calendar year, I’ve been reflecting on this community and on the conversations we’ve built together this year.

Every week, thousands of leaders, founders, and curious readers open these emails.

You share them with teams, discuss them with colleagues, question them, challenge them, and sometimes even build on them.

And I want to say thank you.

Thank you for reading.
Thank you for thinking differently.
Thank you for caring enough to stay curious in a world that makes it easier not to.

This year, we looked at systems that break, systems that regenerate, and the people quietly designing better ones.

And what I love most is this:

Every time I shared a story, many of you replied with your own, showing me just how much innovation and intention already live inside your organisations.

2025 proved something important:

Leaders aren’t waiting anymore.

They’re experimenting, redesigning, and stepping into sustainability not as a checkbox… but as strategy, opportunity, and responsibility.

And 2026?

It’s going to be bigger.

We’re stepping into a year where:

• Regeneration becomes a business model, not a side project.

• Efficiency becomes the new competitive edge.

• And sustainability becomes non-negotiable.

Inside Impact Tomorrow, I’ll continue sharing ideas that challenge, inspire, and shift how we design for both the planet and profit.
